Summary of the new google policy changes 2021

  Recently Google announced several changes and this is as its policy aiming to improve the user experience. Maybe the most important ones are those which are connected to inactive Google accounts for a long time and how to deal with them.

Actually , Google has alreasdy began sending emails to its users informing them these important changes interesting them related to several of their usage policy terms for its products, and among these changes ; the average time in which Google will adopt before deleting the inactive Google accounts, where Google says that inactive companies' accounts  for more than two years will be canceled automatically.

"When you have been inactive in Gmail, Google Drive (including Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drawings, Forms, Jamboard or Sites files) or Google Photos for 2 years, all of your content may be removed from that that product.. " This is a part of what Google said in their email notifications.

However, Google will send a message three months before the date of locking their account inviting them to reconnect on their account
